GoogleSince enagaing the services of MD properties we have used there help to prepare the property for letting. All the staff have dealt with us in a very professional way and guided us on the improvements that were needed. Clearly they are very good at doing there job and have a vey good understanding of the letting market. Definiately would recommend them.

GoogleIs impossible to understand MD employers, they make me an apointment for viewing a flat then next day cancel after 2 minutes we have a conversation on the phone. Someone to explain me whay I confirm time viewing second time and se told me: ''We see you in there at 3:45 !'' AND IN 2 MINUTES AFTER, VIEWING WAS CANCELLED. In same time I can have another appointments but no lose another opportunity to found a home for rent! I'm very angry because of that...

Googlerip off agents. paid rent, bills and everything on time, was a clean and quiet tenant. but when I moved in, shower didn't work, there have been leaks, and extremely bad damp and mold constantly that has all been ignored or I've been told landlord doesn't want to fix the shower. now the agent are trying to think desperately for ways to knock money off my deposit for no reason. neverminding how many of my things I've had to throw away after they've been ruined by damp and mold, plus the expensive dehumidifier I had to buy. disgraceful.

GoogleHad a real bad experience with this company. They run their own properties through the business, and their OWN workmen will tell you that they scrimp on repairs and maintenance and have alot of bad landlords on their books. Please be careful if you hand any money over as a deposit as they are known to go to great lengths to keep your money on leaving. Anyone having issues with them in terms of keeping your money, I'd do your research into the named landlord and ensure they are completing their tax returns 😉NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI live next door to a property owned by MD, 4 months ago 3 fence panels blew out during a storm. I called them due to the tenants in the property rented work and I’m currently on maternity leave so it would have been easier and quicker to go through me than them. They were initially really helpful and got a contractor round the following week who cable tied the fences back in. 4 months later these broken fences were still not replaced, despite multiple times a week I called to chase. I own my property so this was becoming very frustrating as you could see into my garden and there were multiple holes. It wasn’t until the latest storm blew the fence panel back out and I spoken to Nicola who is fabulous! This was when things started to get resolved. Next doors dog kept coming into my garden and it wasn’t safe for my 1 year old. Nicola got things moving very quickly and within 2 weeks I’ve now got 3 brand new fence panels. She understood my frustration and commmunicated everything to me which I really appreciate. The contractors that came were lovely and were very clean and polite.

GoogleMD Properties have been our letting agent for 4 years now; our first contact was with Isabella - a pleasant, approachable lady always willing to listen and help, a reliable lady who gets things done. Initially we lived overseas so required a full management package for our property, we were confident we had left our house in good hands. They had their maintenance team in to prepare the house ready for our carefully sought out new tenants. If there were any maintenance services required during the Tenancy Agreement they were dealt with promptly, and were fairly priced. On our return to UK we were so impressed with the professional service MD Properties provided, we decided to continue receiving their full management service, rather than dealing with it ourselves. I can happily recommend this letting agent.

GoogleI had some communication problems with MD properties. They are great and very professional staff but when I asked something by email, they always replied roughly 10 days after. I always had to ask them for a few times to get reply. Their excuses were always the same “there was an urgent case” ...
