We have worked with K-F's Esher and Cobham offices for several years now and rate them highly for two principal reasons.1. They know the market our properties are in and find suitable tenants quickly and effectively. We have had next to bo gaps between tenancies. Also, they know where to set prices which we do not.2. They get on with stuff. They communicate well and when things go wrong, like a tradesman fails to do a job properly or, as happened with us, when a tenant's dog did an unacceptable level of damage, they dealt with it as we would have wished, courteously, fairly and firmly.

The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!

I've just called Knight Frank expecting the normal lengthy wait we've all come to expect from companies claiming we are value customers, but no: the call was immediately picked up by the very polite and extremely helpful Ehteshaam Ahmed. He listened to my query and helped with the issue I had without delay. I then asked him about something unrelated and he explained that it was a completely different team but that he would contact them and not just ask them to call me, but explain the issue I had to them and our call then ended. With a couple of minutes I had received an email from Ehteshaam attaching the correct document he had looked out for me and a covering letter explaining what action he had taken viz the other issue. Exceptional! Well don't Enteshaam. I hope you (and your boss(es)) get to see this review. If more companies had more people like you the world would be a better, happier place. Thank you

The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged.
