It’s a pity that Josh Ward Brickett only got to serve me from 2023 onwards till today. It would have been fantastic if I have had the opportunity to know him earlier because he was ever so helpful so obliging and interested in whatever he’s tasked to do. I can't stretch enough what a great experience to have Phillip look after any queries I had the past months (which is truly rare in most property management firms). Overall amazing experience so far with Knight Frank, they simply take it to the next level and put in place an emergency number you can call outside working hours and it does live up to the standards one would expect ! I got them sending me a plumber on a Sunday less then 2hrs after making the call … can’t beat that ! and that’s just one example.

I appointed Knight Frank in Bath to market my property in the surrounding countryside, which is an unusual one - highly designed, with an unconventional living space - that requires a creative approach. It was therefore a choice between Knight Frank, as a well-networked local office with a strong established brand, or one of the more recent entrants specialising in niche properties. On the basis of my discussions with Francesca Leighton-Scott, and her wish to push the design/architecture angle hard, I chose Knight Frank. I am so glad I did! Their approach has been superb, with all the tailoring and perfectionism of an architect (or the owner of such a property). That includes amazing photo shoots - two, not one, at my request - a stunning brochure with well-crafted text which I co-authored, and a round of journalism, including successfully landing Sunday Times "Property of the Week" for me. Last but not least, the visits themselves have been conducted not by a junior agent but by Steve Dean, a former business owner who spent hours with me getting to know the property and all the thinking behind it, building a real rapport with me and a passion for the building. He then conveyed this to viewers to remarkable effect (all have commented). In summary, this has been a Rolls-Royce service from an elite outfit. The firm's establishment-friendly brand and good reputation are complemented, at Knight Frank Bath, with an astute and stylish engagement with the "modern house" and "designed" market. Many thanks to the team of Fran, Steve, Phoebe and Florence. Superb, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone with an interesting property to sell.

Poor property management service : Sunningdale/ Ascot/ Virginia water / property I got more than 5 property managers during one tenancy. Most of them disappeared without notice. Main problems: poor communications : ignoring emails, requests, Second- unrealistic over pricing quotes. Knight Frank property managers prefer to work not with local contractors but with other property management companies and at the end quotes which provided by KF managers are 5-10 times more expensive than local contractors quotes.No middle term inspection reports, no updates. Tenant not happy with such property managerment service, and I as landlord could not get even update & reply on my questions and requests….Our current property manager did not want to reply emails . I send emails with requests, questions - no replyI have to put in copy regional manager to receive just response ( example just simple update as leaking radiator in the property…and etc . )Is it ok and normal standards for Knight Frank property management? It’s my not first feedback and unfortunately I have seen no improvement during last 3 years.
