GoogleNice place. Need more signs. Bit confusing.

GoogleGreat place to work. Good food facility and Office is lovely. Parking needs to be improved. Needs more spaces allocating closer to the office buildings, and tarmac wouldn't go a miss as gravel has damaged my car.

GoogleHaving our business at Dunston is the perfect location for our customers, just off the motorway but then surrounded by beautiful greenery! So glad we decided to base ourselves in Dunston!

GoogleVisited to-day sorry to have to to say I shall not be returning due to the state the roads are in around the site, nothing except massive potholes everywhere.
3/5
GoogleOn site roads are dire, very uneven and potholed. The rest of the site is fine but the roads really tear out any appeal for visitors.

GoogleOur business has been located at DBV for a year now and in that time they have enabled me to grow, bring my team together, create a professional image for my clients and given great support for our IT and office requirements. A lovely, friendly bistro on site and a real community feel at great rates.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWent to Health Harmony, that was fine. As others have said, the car park is a mess. The Mars Rover would struggle in some spots. But the actual site is alrighty .

Thankyou for your review. We do have additional parking for over another 100 cars on the back of our site. Maybe we need to sign post it better.

GoogleI’ve had an office at Dunston Business Village for over five years. It’s a lovely family run business village and all the team are always so helpful and approachable.

GoogleWe've spent the last 18 months+ as a tenant of Dunston Business Village and couldn't speak any higher of Adrian or his fantastic team. With a wide range of offices available, and a fantastic rural yet well connected and accessible location, it's a fantastic spot for any small or growing business.

GoogleDisabled access is appalling Car park full of pot holes make it very difficult to push wheelchair and cars parked in front of access points
