We had a fantastic time at the hospitality event held in the courtyard at Dunster Business Village. The setting was absolutely lovely, with a great atmosphere and a really welcoming feel throughout the event. The courtyard made a brilliant backdrop, and everything was well organised from start to finish. The hospitality, service and attention to detail were excellent, making it a really enjoyable experience. A great venue for events, and we’d definitely be happy to attend again. Highly recommended!

Husband had an appointment today Friday 11th April 2025 at the Business park, entered the car park and the car developed an engine fault and completely shut down. The two women in the site office were brilliant they came to help and assured us we could get a drink or something to eat while we waited for the AA patrol to arrive. While we waited they continually came out the office to ensure we were both alright and did we need anything. They couldn't do enough for us while we waited, even offered to wait for the patrol if we wanted to visit the bistro courtyard for a bite or drink as it was away from where we broke down. They couldn't do enough to help us. AA took about 10 minutes and it was all sorted. Two lovely ladies in the site office, thank-you so much for your help and concern, very much appreciated , thank-you.

We have worked at Dunston Business Village since it opened and we have nothing but praise for the quality of the working environment it provides. The facilities are very conducive to both recruiting and retaining staff - it's a nice place to come every day. Our business is quite dynamic and high growth, and the flexibility of the team on site is great. If we need more space Adrian and the team are always able to accomodate us (usually at short notice!). 5 Star from us....couldn't really ask for more.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Value

I moved into my office in Barn 4 at the beginning of April 2012. I can honestly say that is has been one of the best business decisions I have made. Previously, I ran the administration and design function of my leadership development company from home. Whilst experiencing the cost benefit, I was beginning to run out of space and often found it difficult to get motivated. Moving to Dunston has made such a difference. I now experience an amazing rural location, free parking, excellent space and friendly neighbours and support services. I can now invite clients and stakeholders to my office for a meeting, and I’m proud to show them around the site. Technology has been made so much simpler with excellent internet connections and there’s always help on hand if required. Just in my own motivation to come to work, as well as the benefits stated above, the office pays for itself each month. I would highly recommend the location and especially recommend Adrian and his team for making my work more enjoyable and productive.

Do not touch with a bargepole, Adrian had my office emptied and all of my possessions put into a barn whilst i was paying full rent, as i wasn't using the office and had given notice to terminate. he bullied my female staff on occasion as i didn't agree with some of the charges for telephones. overpriced poor resource accompanied by the worst customer service i have ever experienced.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Went here for an NHS appointment. The NHS experience was spot on, but the business village is very tired. They are basically a row of wooden chalets which need quite a bit of TLC. The car park is just rough stones, no tarmac. The large flower beds in front of every chalet are full of weeds. 'Ramshackle' is probably the best description. When we visited on a Sunday morning, the toilets were locked and no one had a key and there was nowhere to get a drink.

Great place to work regarding office space however the car park needs improving. There is a lack of spaces and if you do find a space you are having to walk allot to the offices. The car park could do with some tarmac as currently it is ruining my vechile and my shoes.
