Sorry to see the 1* review from you and we know that you fell in love with the house that you wanted to purchase, but weren't able to proceed due to your own property not being sold. It was unfortunate that another buyer came along who could proceed and the owner accepted their offer - however we are now working with you and hopefully can make things work for you with the house that you are interested in purchasing.
