Would give 0/5 but Google won’t allow it. Without a doubt, THE WORST estate agent to buy or sell with. Staff are rude and only interested in turnover, not the sale or the ‘person’. They will cancel viewings once an offer has been submitted and accepted, even if it was the first viewing. This also means that if you are selling you will receive the lowest price. Staff are set to working specific hours meaning if you have a job with normal hours you’ll miss out on viewing a property. Go with an independent that cares about the sale, knows the system and every step involved.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
