Happy to take your money with scant regard for their contractual obligation. Took over a year to fix some of the problems in house and still did not address the main problems.Filthy poorly maintained houseDisgraceful.

They hanged up on me and refused to pick up the phone. All because I had some specific questions about the property. The length of the call was 5min. Unbelievably rude customer service!

Shoddy practices - gave my data to third parties without my authority. Switched utility companies on the property without asking me. And three months on they still have not returned my deposit.

Bridgefords Stafford work for their landlords and do nothing for the tenants. Abysmal service throughout are 18 month tenancy and lengthy delay in receiving our deposit back.
