My experience using Skitts, Oxley Wolverhampton branch, was brilliant. They go above and beyond to help you. My solicitor wasn't the best in replying to emails or returning calls but I felt I could always contact Skitts and they would either give me the answer to my issue or reassure me that I had nothing to worry about. Skitts, Wolverhampton, great with communication from Lois with viewings to offer stage, Jayne has negotiated two sales for us since instructing them in October. The first sale unfortunately fell through because the purchasers chain fell through and Jayne negotiated another sale within 3 days of our house being back on the market. Sale is going through steadily at the moment but so far we are happy with service we have received from the beginning and have no doubt it will continue right up until completion. Everyone is professional, friendly, polite and you can have a joke (which I find good). There is an efficient manner in which everything is done and you are kept up to date with proceedings.
