GoogleManny has always been very helpful and professional. As I am about 40 minutes out of Birmingham, I have never met him, but always been impressed with how quickly he responds to messages (and during emergencies!!) I have made some problems with my property known to him, which haven’t been sorted, but they are not urgent. Overall, a very good and professional estate agents that I would recommend :)
