Simon is the most dedicated estate agent I have been lucky enough to meet. My boyfriend and I recently bought a house through Simon. Upon the viewing, Simon sat us down and had a conversation with us about everything we wanted and what he’d need from us as he knew we were very interested in this property due to trying to get it since January. We cannot commend Alia Khan too highly. In a difficult market she worked persistently hard to sell our property, way above what we would normally have expected from an estate agent. She showed a genuine concern for us as people, not just clients, even bringing round flowers or cakes if we lost a house that we'd hoped to buy. Meanwhile she used all her contacts and her extensive knowledge of the business to find us a purchaser and her persuasive powers to get us the price we wanted. She was a really lovely person to work with, and we recommend her without reserve.

I recently purchased through Simon Bradbury Estate Agents and although the process of buying a house is notoriously painful, Simon made it as smooth as it possibly could have been! His communication was second to none always providing regular updates via text/voicemail and keeping everyone in the loop, chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain, and most importantly- keeping me, a fearful first time buyer reassured and calm, all whilst staying realistic with time frames.
