Joanne and her staff are polite, helpful and effective. In addition to collecting rent, arranging contractors etc they have also kept me up to date with legislation and information such as landlord presentations offered by HDC. GoogleGreat service from Joanne and her staff. Very knowledgeable and honest. The 2 most important things you need from a letting agent. Their knowledge of the local market always kept my property let, and quickly re-let when tenants moved on. If your looking for a letting agent, stop, and use Noonan Crane!

GoogleWe couldn't have hoped for better service after moving from southeast London to St. Neots for a new job. Ashleigh and Danny know that our move was a major life adjustment that would take lots of getting used to. We have always been confident in their help and they have proven to be undaunted by the communication challenges sometimes brought by the time difference between here and our landlords abroad. We are grateful that they have consistently been attentive, caring, friendly and professional about anything we need.
