Although any problems in our rental home were usually minor they were always dealt with speedily and we never had to chase anyone up. I’ve rented with Noonan now for over 6 months so far and I am so so happy with how the lovely Ellie Lucas is always on hand to answer my questions, respond efficiently and promptly and work hard to find the solutions and answers to my questions. She come across very friendly and welcoming and listened to what we were looking for in a property as not to waste time looking for a property we wouldn’t like. GoogleThis is only my second time being a tenant and my first time using Noonan Giggs. I have to say that my experience with them has been easy and professional from start to finish. My experience with Caroline has been wonderful. She is friendly and efficient and is always happy to help no matter what. She takes the time to get to know you as a person and not just a client, which makes a huge difference . My dealings with Hannah and Danny were superb too! Very happy with Noonan Giggs!!

GoogleAs a tenant, my advice to other potential tenants would be: avoid this estate agent. Throughout the entire length of the tenancy (6 months), I had no water pressure, which was shrugged off as a problem with the supplier and despite my endless requests for help, nothing was done. Half way through the tenancy, the dishwasher broke down, use of the dishwasher was included in our £820 pcm rent payment (2 bed flat). I was promised on several occasions by Danny that a new dishwasher would be ordered, but of course it never was. To top it all off, at the end of the tenancy, the property was immaculately cleaned to the same (if not better) standard as when we moved in. Yet Noonan Crane demanded £66 for cleaning. I was provided with 2 photos - a smear on a shower door and some general wear and tear in the bottom of the oven... Danny eventually lowered the demand to £50, but I found it disgusting that I was asked to pay a penny considering the lack of effort on their part to rectify the issues we suffered during the tenancy. Danny and his team promised a full service, but what we got was far from that indeed!
Thank you to you and your partner, who has also taken the time to comment on your renting experience with Noonan Crane. Your water pressure problem was, in fact a problem with Anglian water and they dealt with it. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do as a Letting Agent to rectify this problem. We appreciate there was a delay with the dishwasher, for which we apologise but at the time, we were advised it was not used. Our final checkouts are conducted by an independent third party and therefore the lack of cleaning was brought up in their final report. We are sorry you felt you were not responsible for any further cleaning. Please be advised, this same inventory clerk does not work for the agent or the landlord and they compiled the original report when you moved in and which you signed to say you agreed with. Overall, we have very few complaints as an agency. We do strive to deliver an excellent service to both our landlords and tenants. Things can go wrong but sometimes it is out of our control. We hope this addresses your concerns and may we take this opportunity to wish you all the best in your new property.

GoogleNoonan Crane let my property out for several years before I sold it. The property was never empty and the service I received from them was always of the highest standard. Throughout the letting period I had several tenants and each time they were vetted to a high level resulting in no issues at all from the tenants. If I was to let my property out in the area again I would have no hesitation to do it through Joanne and her team again.

GoogleHaving let property through Noonan-Crane for some six years I cannot fault them. Joanne is excellent at her job, a real professional and she has a good team around her. They have a very sound policy, in as much as she would not sanction a tenant to any property that she would not have in her own properties. Tenant vetting is very thorough and the inventory system used is very good . I would have no hesitation in reccomending this letting agency,in fact I have recommended to very good friends and they are also more than happy. Two years on and I am still a very happy landlord, I am now onto only my third tenant in eight years and have no problems at all with the quality of tenant that Noonan Crane manage to provide. No hesitation in recommending this particular agency for both tenants and landlords.

GoogleNoonan Crane has taken care of our letting for the past 3 years, and really taken all the stress out of being landlords for us. We just have one Buy To Let, and so we're not experienced Landlords, but Joanne and her excellent team keep us up to date, and make sure we're complying with the law, as well as having found us a great tenant. we recommend Noonan Crane 100% I'm adding this comment in November 2016, 5 years since Noonan Crane has managed our Buy To Let. We continue to be very satisfied with the great support from Noonan Crane. We recently had to spend a protracted period overseas, and we could do so confident that any issues for our tenants would be taken care of expeditiously. Thanks Joanne and Danny!

GoogleGreat service from Joanne and her team. We currently let two properties though Noonan Crane and despite initial teething problems with both properties the service and assistance we received in sorting those problems out was excellent. What we were told it would cost it did and where there were any complications it was dealt with swiftly and professionally with minimal impact on us. The small team means that you end up dealing with the same individual for most issues which ensures continuity and genuine buy-in for problem solving. Finally, unlike some other Property Management agents the fee structure ensures your costs are spread out rather than being hit once or twice per year by demands for large amounts to cover fee's or costs which are often overly complicated and unnecessary. Would recommend them to anyone either looking to let their own property or to rent in the area.
