Tiddy’s sold our house quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, supportive and empathetic in what is not an easy legal process. The sales literature was good quality, and viewings were generally always accompanied ( accept with prior agreement), and we always received feedback. If you are going to sell a house on the Roseland, I cannot recommend the company highly enough

Working with Gail at H Tiddy was a delight, she made the whole transaction easy from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for her and despite most of our dealings happening in the middle of a national lock down and all the extra work that involved she made the whole thing look easy, if only all estate agents were like Gail!

Tom and his colleagues at H Tiddy were unfailingly helpful. They were quick and knowledgeable in responding to any queries and had a welcome readiness to offer any advice that might be helpful. At a time of stress for us they showed an understanding of our anxieties. Their professionalism was exemplary.

We met Mark Wilson at H Tiddy in June 2018. Since then, he has been incredibly patient and helpful, on a long journey to find our home in St Mawes. We finally exchanged contracts on our perfect house on March 3rd, and we could not recommend H Tiddy more highly. Nick & SandraPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are pleased to recommend H Tiddy as the agents who recently completed the sale of our property at Trewince Manor Lodges. We were pleasantly surprised at the number of propective purchasers they were able to recommend for viewing of our property. They kept us fully informed of developments and were very helpful in processing the details of the sale.
