It was a particularly difficult purchase with many challenging issues arising during the process that at times had us holding our heads in our hands. Through the entire process Gail and Natalie, from H Tiddy, were like rocks in the storm, always there to steady us and being open and honest about the various glitches that occurred. I cannot praise Tom and Team Tiddy highly enough. They were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I was selling my cottage on The Roseland whilst living some 300 plus miles away and during lockdown. The anxiety of the whole experience was taken away from me as they answered all of my queries and doubts quickly and efficiently, and went out of their way to resolve a few issues which I was not able to deal with personally. Despite the restrictions of lockdown, their service was not diminished and was excellent in every way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
