GoogleWe just bought a property from Dexters St Margarets and although I got a bit frustrated at the beginning with some of the staff, Claire Sheffield and her team turned it all around! We had a very tight timeframe and thanks to her diligence, we were able to complete at the same time as our sale. Really grateful for their help!!

GoogleI have used the Dexters St Margarets letting department for several years and although I am usually very involved with the letting process, the manager Natalie has been excellent and trusting her has allowed me to take a back seat because she has really listened to my requirements and I have been pleased with the tenants found by the Dexters Team.

GoogleSam Forster was very attentive and polite and helpful. Frustrating element (not Sam’s fault) is that for a bizarre reason these agents don’t text on mobile or WhatsApp - they only do email.Sam however was great.

My Mother and I are currently trying to relocate her (my Mother) down to St Margaret’s and Louis has been truly exceptional and a credit to Dexter’s. GoogleI had the same tenant for over 10years so when he decided to relocate I was dreading dealing with an agent again. I was lucky to be contacted by Lauren Bentley at Dexters and she was fantastic. Really what a pleasure, helpful, professional, always available and made it such a smooth experience, helped with everything as we live overseas. Even when she went on leave her colleague Rhys (also fantastic) was briefed on all pending matters making the experience very smooth and professional. Very impressed and a happy customer.

GoogleWe recently used Dexters for the sale of our house. They knew speed and the right price was essential for us being able to get the house we were onward purchasing. The reassured us from the start they could achieve both of these. And they did. The personal service was second to none and I have to commend Alice the Director for knowing the area and us so well in order to advise accordingly. It was a complex chain of 6 and often looked like it would fall through but we have been successful. Would recommend to anyone selling in the area
