I needed a bit of guidance as this is the first property I have let. They made sure I was aware of everything that needed to happen and arranged things on my behalf where they could. They really get to know the tenants as well as doing the usual referencing, which means you get a really good idea of who is going to be renting your property. At every stage I was confident this was in good hands.

Rude staff apart from Holly who is the only reason they even get a star here. Will 'communicate with the landlord' for nothing to be done. GoogleUnbelievable. Shocking, uninterested, inattentive service. Tried countless times to book viewings. Eventually someone called me and told me we could view and a confirmation email would be sent. 2 days later still nothing. So I wont be turning up as how is it possible to trust a company who pays so little care and attention to customer service? I wouldn't risk my money with them. It's also probably why the properties I wanted to view have been available for ages and some are offering half price rent for the first month! You wouldn't have to do that if you actually conversed with customers! Appalling. I dont believe any of the other reviews on here. Dont waste your time.

If you just dispute this, an independent adjudicator will see reason, just make sure you challenge the amount they try and take from your deposit. Genuinely our biggest disappointment with a letting agent, but luckily systems are in place to prevent abuse.NegativeProfessionalism
