GoogleParker Properties staff are all very friendly and professional the property we rented for 9 months was a lovely 3 bed house with lovely neighbours. The house and garden was well presented to us. If you had any problems with anything it was no trouble to contact someone at Parker Properties.

GoogleParker Properties have been absolutely fantastic. Honesty we couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are professional, genuine and always there to offer advice. The gentleman who done the house checks loved Eddie the dog. We had no concerns with them attending when we weren't there. Honesty no extra fees or hidden charges. 💯 recommend

GoogleBeware of 55 Maytrees property. Property has serious damp problem they seem not to be able to solve. After leaving the property as neat as I could, more than half my deposit was taken from me without my consent, saying they had to clean and fix damages. Shocking as to what damages aside a hanging socket. Anyway, I have had to return my entire deposit as I refused to be cheated by the agency or landlord. My money was simply used to redecorate the damp infested top floor. I will never recommend them. Arrogant staff...I chose to forget her name.

GoogleThe estate agents were too lazy to show people around the house so put us in a situation where we had to be home 5 times. This meant time away from work at a cost of £120. The landlady and estate agent also conned us out of part of the deposit by saying it cost £200 to get the grass cut and carpets shampooed when there was not a mark on the carpets and there was no reference of the grass having to be cut in the contract. They were also unable to provide receipts for this but withheld the deposit anyway.

Thank you for the review unfortunately you didn't meet the standard we expect our properties to be left in. You were asked several times to return to the property and your issues far outweighed the deposit held. We do not accept damage beind fair wear and tear in houses. I am sorry you were not happy with our service. Angela Parker
