Complete joke, do not use under any circumstances! left me without heating for 18months when I have a small child, never maintained anything, let themselves in without giving notice, tried to blackmail me using a reference to my new agent and then have tried to apply unreasonable deductions to my deposit! Disgusting company, official complaints coming they’re way.
