GoogleFrom the start of my journey selling my property I have been impressed with the support I have received. From Jonathan who came out to value my home, the standard of the photos taken and then Nicola who has supported me through the selling process. She kept me informed how thing were progressing, dealt with getting me a good price for the house and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. They are an asset to the company, I can't thank them enough.

GoogleI recently sold my property with Ashtons. Jonathan and Nicola at the Eccleston branch were amazing from start to finish. They made what selling fun and easy. I felt really supported as it was always easy to get in contact with the team or receive updates. They made sure things were kept moving and I’m so thankful for their help. Reasonably priced too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I would absolutely work with them again!

Professional and courteous. Having delt with a number of estate agents over the years I can only describe my experience with Ashtons as game changing. The staff at the local branch were knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. An easy 5 stars to award.

Absolutely awful. After being accepted by landlord they found a y reason for revenge on me After reporting one of them for discrimination, well she got her revenge and we have been left without a house to move too... now struggling to find a new home After having given notice to my landlords. Only one of them deserves some respect COLIN HICKEY, only professional agent.

One star given and if there was no stars I would have given that. I put in an offer for a house on Saturday which was accepted (letter from them confirming acceptance) and on Monday another offer was put in by someone else and then I got a email telling me someone else had put an offer in last minute. Totally shameful and un professional.

Unprofessional estate agency in town. they did let me down after the offer was accepted and the process of mortgage/exchange of contract was in place, given a stupid reason as the vendor can't wait long, if the processing timescale in place there is nothing anyone can do...
