Trustpilot3* overall but 5* for Emily and Cameron
Conveyancing team messed up a bit which delayed the transaction and the team selling the mortgage services were pushy and annoying. BUT if I could give a separate review for Cameron and Emily they would get 5 stars, they were both delightful to deal with and went over and above to help us out!

After several phone calls to remove boards which properties are no longer for sale or let!!!!False advertising and extremely bad management, obviously there is no department to monitor the sale/let boards.Area management sort your local Wednesbury branch out. Get your boards removed from Burrs drive Wednesbury or I will be seeking advice. This is unprofessional and misleading !!!!!

Ashford branch was awful. Lied about the conditions when making an offer which resulted in a 40 minute wasted trip to view a property!! The agent I dealt with was extremely cocky and unprofessional and belittled the situation. Only after money, they don’t care about the customer service. Anything for a sale.

On Facebook To post out right discriminatory hate speech calling all gypsies scum bags! whilst publicly mentioning your company? Would this be the same if he had all all members of the Muslim community are suicide bombers! Sort it out!

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had! From selling to letting they are absolutely useless! No one know what they are doing, no one cares, there unbelievably rude, there seriously unprofessional and terrible at there jobs! Do not use this company! They are a joke!!!

The agent that was sent to do our viewings in Exeter didn’t know anything about the properties. Not the EPC, not if it was in a chain, not what the parking situation was. It’s already hard to accept agents’ dishonesty, when they’re also incompetent it really makes it an unbearable experience.

Sale fell through and they won't give me back the money that i paid to the solicitors! That money never even reached the solicitors so it should be refunded but they are refusing. NEVER use them or their conveyancing team! Scammers and Frauds! Plus the money they took is more than the cost of usual searches.

Completely useless. Avoid at all costs. 19 days after vacating the property and still no update from the deposit release team. There's always some excuse about either covid, illness, or maternity leave. You'd think this company is run by one person.

Birmingham City Centre branch total rubbish. They do not follow anything up with the tenant. They say they do but it is always vague "we sent an email" and they apparently never get answers back. This is with multiple tenants on multiple properties. I deal with other agents who are much better so why bother with Connels

Keep sending me junk mail - signed up to their new property alerts, but when I tried to unsubscribe after buying a property through a different agent, they kept sending me loads of junk mail. I have contacted them about 5-6 times now to stop and they still won't stop nearly 4 months after I first unsubscribed.

The surveyor valued a house i own as a garage conversion and would not see the error of their ways. Its a new build! Surely the planning application gives it away!! Shocking organization. I will never use a lender that uses them ever again.

They keep calling you even when you ask them to stop. I made one enquiry about a house and get called every two weeks. They keep saying they will stop and they don't.Rude staff who keep saying it is nothing to do with them.The staff in the Rugby branch keep telling you lies and passing the buck!

After being initially very keen and positive (until I signed the contract) I didn't hear from them again. They didn't show to viewings meaning my tenants had to show applicants around, the manager didn't reply to my emails. Over a month later my particulars still didn't have any interior photos. No floor plan. No epc. Just awful

Worst company ever sold house no contact waited 12 weeks buyer pulled out connells did not even know. Sold agin waited 4 weeks to tell my solicitor worst customer sevice ever. Not suprised to see so many sokd signs as they aint intrested unless the sale is worth over 250000. Not enough money in it for them.

Do not use this terrible letting agency. Staff are rude and unequipped to help. I have had major issues with my property since I moved in and three months later no nearer getting them sorted. Really bad service. Will never use them again and will get out of my contract as soon as I can.

One of their surveyor keep devaluing all his property reports. Have reported to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) about this matter. This company should be banning on business! They charged huge amount of money to run homebuyers report and then taking micky out of it!
