Druce and Partners - in particular Darryl -have been amazing throughout the process of buying our wonderful new home. The service has been bespoke, staying in touch at every stage and going the extra mile whenever required has made the process feel as if we were in a safe pair of hands. I have no doubt this has been a key factor in the fact that despite a 5 link chain it has taken 2 months from first viewing to exchange of contracts. Outstanding service, thank you so much.

We have been using Druce & Partner twice, to buy and sell our house. Darryl is a local estate agent and was key to get both procedures very smooth partly due to his extensive network of local contacts ie sollicitor, broker. This is going above and beyond his role and responsibilities but then the result is spot on. Totally customer focused but also realistic on market value and buyer expectations.

GoogleDruce just sold our lovely period house in the town centre of St Albans. They provided a fantastic "old school" service and worked extremely hard to ensure that our sale was achieved. We've had agents in the past who get the sale agreed and then do nothing further. Not Druce. They worked tirelessly to help get the sale over the line and were not afraid to push and pull where needed to ensure success. The communication style is direct and the advice is excellent. Highly recommended.
