From start to finish, professional and personable all the way. I can’t appreciate Scott Willmott and his team enough for helping with my sale. For what turned out to be a long and difficult process, Scott kept me grounded with my eye on the prize every time I wanted out! It’s now done and dusted and I’m thankful that I went with this team. GoogleCouldn’t rate the service by Scott highly enough. We had tried to sell our flat through other agents and the difference between them and Deakin-White was night and day. Scott managed every viewing, gave sound advice and was highly communicative throughout. Once an offer was secured, Scott maintained the high-level of enthusiasm throughout the sales progression, chasing down solicitors and removing blockages to exchange. Would recommend Deakin White to anybody looking to sell their property.

GoogleSelling my flat was difficult due to the landlords being slow to respond. I was not happy with my solicitors. If it had not been for Scott keeping the proceedings rolling the sale could have taken even longer. He is a star.

GoogleScott at the St Albans branch of DW was a constant source of advice and support in what turned out to be a very difficult sale. I'm convinced without Scott's diligence and management, it would of fallen apart more than once! Scott's like a dog with a bone, albeit a professional one..he doesn't give up until you're over the finish line!! Highly recommend!

GoogleI'm afraid I am appalled by the service provided by Scott from Deakin-White estate agents. I am searching for a property to let on behalf of a family friend, they have filled in the form provided by the agent and we've received an invitation to view the property. However, when I called to confirm the viewing as I explain the situation more, he had insisted that 'Unfortunately your client/friend will not pass referencing due their current status of being abroad, so therefore this property will not be suitable for them.' I struggle to see the point of the agent inviting me to view the property on behalf of them if they deemed them unsuitable, why waste both of our time? So I suggested over the phone that maybe they can add that question in the form to help them filter our their clients, and Scott's response is 'I will not change the form just because of one person.' I think this has clearly showed what kind of service this estate agent is able to offer. To me it seems like they're discriminating against people who are interested in immigrating to this country, even when they can full well pay rent upfront and already have a UK bank account which a credit check wouldn't be an issue.
