Really happy we went with Deakin White. I expected the sales team to introduce buyers and manage viewings, but Sophie did far more than that. She was consistently proactive, kept both myself and the buyer well informed throughout, and was always available when needed. Sophie is extremely knowledgeable, calm, and positive, which made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. It has genuinely been a pleasure working alongside Sophie from start to finish.

We have just sold through Deakin White and the process was seamless. Scott is fantastic, he made the whole journey from initial meet right through to the hand over of keys incredibly easy and supportive along the whole way. Scott is clearly experienced in his role and was able to guide us on pretty much everything to make the house selling and buying process and simple as it can be. Sophie is also brilliant, always on hand to support and answer any questions. They are a great team! We are truly grateful for them as we know have our dream home and couldn't be happier. Scott, is an exception case of an agent that is actually worth paying for. In our case, Scott was an agent of our seller, not ours & still he was the only really helpful agent on a field. Next time we sell something, we will surely go through Scott. Provided, an amount of issues we had from our buyers solicitors, I believe if not for Scotts' help, I would actually have some nervous breakdown on a way :)

This flat was a difficult deal as I was residing in US and needed a difficult third party’s approval. Fortunately, Scott, the realtor from Deakin-White at St Albans was involved. He is an energetic, friendly go getter. When ever I text him even during Off hours he responded promptly. Always available. We quickly developed a trusting friendship.
