GoogleBe very careful of this business. They use pressure tactics and do not act in a professional manner at all. This starts all the way from the top, with Stuart “The Con Man” Cassidy, who is a glorified used car salesman in his cheap suit with his old spice aftershave. Lies from start to finish and messes you around. Cassidy Tate is a prime example of why some people view estate agents as the scum of the earth. Also, just to make everyone aware, while they do force you to use their broker and solicitor, this is illegal under the estate agents act 1979. I have reported them and would encourage anyone else that they force to use their broker or solicitor to do the same.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

He has been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling my home and importantly he is always contactable and responsive to phone calls and emails. He has been professional throughout. I would also like to mention Kris who always showed prospect buyers around my house and then gave me feedback and he was reliable and courteous too. Amazingly considering how stressful moving home can be I had absolutely no negative experiences whatsoever selling my home with Cassidy and Tate, I felt relaxed throughout the whole process and I can highly recommend choosing them over other agents to sell your home

GoogleWe used Cassidy & Tate when me and my partner got our first tenancy together. They were really helpful guiding us through the process as neither me or my partner had rented our own place before. They gave us a guided tour of the flat we were interested in. They made the paperwork process easy for us to understand as there is an awful lot of lawyer sounding words. We have been with them for 3 years now and have had absolutely no issues so would highly recommend to anyone.
