Still in the building process, aside from a few emails and a change of contacts on their part, nothing to advise against, I think a lot will be around as to how they deal with the snags after it’s built. It does seem as if the proactive element from their part now that the documents have been signed has been less and less. Will keep posting as my journey continues.

Moved in a year ago and still unfinished snags, had at least 4 different site managers who start work then it gets left incomplete when they leave. No communication from crest, they never reply when I request to have someone come and finish the works. Nothing done for over 6 months.

Having had a Crest new build before in 2017, we have now moved in to a second Crest new build property. What an absolute downgrade this has been in terms of finishes as standard and service. This company is certainly heading in the wrong direction and we would never buy from them again.
