Direct reviewsNewton and fallowell estate agent are great company to sell your house we have used them twice before can't fault there professional attitudes towards working with the clients from starting to and end particularly the girls in spilby office danielle and Alicia x there are great so happy to try solve any problems you may have.always at the end off the phone too catching up with you while your house is sold and that alone tells you that spilsby branch work hard to make sure your sale off your house runs as quickly as it can great staff great communication very professional I would recommend them 100 per cent x

GoogleOMG, Danielle and Alicia, what a team. always trying for the sale even when the property had lingered a while they didn't give up. They have a great sense of humour, are freindly and approachable, and at no stage do you ever feel that you are on your own in the selling process. In my case everything had to be done remotely but nothing slowed down the selling process with them ensuring at each step that every i was dotted and t crossed whilst still always finding time for a bit of humour in our email exchanges. I would just like to thank them both for everything and for getting us to that finish line in super quick time (offer to completion in 38 days!) and still smiling. Thankyou both, you're absolute stars.

GoogleI would just like to say how amazing the service has been throughout our house purchase. We were allocated Alicia as our agent and she was truly magnificent with constant updates, great communication, professional, always happy and friendly. It is always nice to be greeted with a chirpy happy voice at all times which seems hard to come by these days. In my opinion she is a true asset to Newton Fallowell! Thank you for everything you done for us and if we ever look to sell we'll certainly be using your services. I would 100% recommend this estate agents.
