Having used Robinsons on a number of occasions as a buyer this was the first time as a seller. Despite very difficult conditions with lockdown and acting solicitors working from home the Robinson team always kept the sale moving. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Robinsons stockton on tees are excellent. All staff from the manager Mark downwards are all excellent and give the best service possible. We have now bought 3 houses and woulld have no one else renting them out for us . Cannot praise them all any higher. Keep up the good work.

Had a valuation from Robinsons Spennymoor and a couple of agents in Bishop Auckland one valued it at 75-79k we listed with Robinsons at 83k and sold for full asking price! Couldn't recommend Robinsons enough. Bought from them twice and sold once! Brilliant service!

GoogleWe had our home valued by Robinsons and agreed to let them sell our property. When ever we had a viewing they seemed very slow in chasing feedback from the potential buyers. We were also concerned at times with amount of times our calls were unanswered when we phoned the agents. When our property failed to sell we reduced the price over a couple of years by about 25%. The agents then advised us to drop the price further which would have ment selling the house at 60% of what they valued our property at. We refused to drop the price further and were told that we would not sell the property at that price. Shortly after, we managed to sell our property without reducing the price as the agents advised. This would have lost us £20.000. We always try and support local business but would never chose Robinsons as our agents again. We found them unprofessional and would not recommend them.

Robinsons Chester le Street handled the sale of a property for me. Michael listed the property within hours of the initial instruction. The branch generated over 20 viewings, multiple offers and it sold for over the asking price. Their Sunday accompanied viewing service is also very useful. Thanks to everyone at the branch.

Since the beginning of our application, this agency made everything slower than normal. They are always busy, sending one form taking more than days, and they are forcing us to sign consent form to share all personal information with the home let. It is compulsory to proceed application.
