Called to book a viewing for a rental property two months ago. Lovely lady on the phone. The agent who showed us the house was nowhere near as helpful, though. Knew nothing about the house, dodged my questions, either deliberately refused to answer one or didn't hear it to begin with, had all the enthusiasm of a lamp-post, and made us feel awkward. Too bad, because the house itself ticked most boxes. Two hours later, we viewed a cheaper one in the same area, and applied for it the same day.

Who do i call if i have no hot water or heating and have two children. One being highly autistic and hates the cool? And also need rotine at night time so having no hot water i can't bath them
