GoogleIf more stars were possible I,d add them. Faye ,Tracey and Robert went above and beyond helping me secure and purchase my bungalow. From the start it was problem after problem but Faye got the job done with Tracey. Regular updates and phone calls, always kept in the loop, communication was absolutely 100%.
Not forgetting Robert who pulled a few rabbits out of his hat aswell. A well earned 5 star review to what can only be described as the best team of estate agents ive ever used. Thankyou very much, all your hard work finally payed off.

They are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous. They say what they are going to do and carry it out in a timely manner. We have just rented our first property from them and the process was seamless. Michelle was always on hand throughout the process giving us updates. Even with my daily emails to her. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend them if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleAfter enquiring about a property for rent. I was phoned by Longstaff offering me a viewing that day, but they just needed a few details… after being asked about my employment status, I told them I was unemployed due to disability. I was then directly asked what my disability was, I found this quite personal and didn’t see why it’s necessary for them to know, but I answered with the name of my health condition. I was told “please hold”. As they put me on hold for a brief 10 seconds, then came back on the phone to say “ooh my colleague has just told me the property is under application, call back in a few days to see if it’s gone.” End of conversation. No offer to take further details to save for future properties, no offer of any other properties, no question on our income or our savings. They know it’s illegal to refuse DSS, but clearly the landlord didn’t want it so they lied. I will take my savings elsewhere. Never dealing with them again.

So every Day I was calling them and they said yes sure We Will call you as soon as possible. That never happened. In the end of everything they said to me its already under application.
