FacebookNoel and his team are genuinely fantastic people to deal with.
The house needed a fair bit of work before it was ready to be sold, and Noel sourced the relevant local firms and liaised with them to get the work done at very reasonable rates and fast pace.
As I haven't lived in the area for many years, I would have struggled to sell the house without his hands on approach - Noel was more like a family friend and I had the utmost trust in him.
With his superb local knowledge, he recommended an excellent solicitor and knew exactly what the local market was like. He always had a clear plan that would prove to be right all along, the pricing was spot on.
Within a few days of him marketing the house a suitable buyer was found.
I would definitely recommend his services - thank you Noel!

Facebook5 STAR SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Today I completed on the sale of my flat. This is the second property Noel has sold for me and I deliberately chose him again after the excellent experience the first time around. He is your modern day estate agent taking advantage of technologies and using up-to-date ways of working.
Throughout this whole process Noel Harris has provided an exceptional service. With his knowledge and years of experience as an estate agent, supported by his superb photographic and video skills he provides a high standard of customer service. Working together as a team with the seller Noel ensures regular communications to make sure the whole sale process is as smooth as possible and any challenges are discussed and overcome with ease. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
