Our journey with Jess started back in August 2023, and finally concluded in March 2026 with the successful sale of our home. Jess and her team have a remarkable ability to match the right buyer with the right seller. Just moved into our new property we bought that Gascoines were representing in Averham. Lovely estate agent to deal with. Lucy was amazing all the way through keeping us updated and helping us track down and find information as at times id lost all confidence in the solicitors holding up the process. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, in the middle of a pandemic even more so! From the initial valuation, to the final sale Gascoines, in particular Lucy, Alex and Jess, went above and beyond, they were professional and honest throughout the whole process. Unlike other estate agents Gascoines provided a very accurate property valuation based on their extensive local knowledge (Southwell and surrounding villages), they didn’t over value to get us on the books, neither did they under value it for a quick sale / commission. Gascoines were integral in not only marketing our property but also in the communication within our small chain, they treated us with the upmost care and attention and we would highly recommend using their services to anyone.
