We received a great service from Pedder who sold our house when another estate agent couldn’t. Pedder are trustworthy, communicative, knowledgable and really nice people to engage with. We had a great experience during the sale and even better experience during exchange and completion which got very stressful- but we credit Cansu at Pedder for getting our sale over the line. Pedder - South London's shoddiest estate agents

Quick to get you in and take your money in the first place... following that expect a complete lack of communication and respect. Expect a battle on your hands to get something as simple as your own deposit money back.Even the landlord of all people disagreed with them trying to squeeze a ridiculous amount of money out of me in my case, always check with the landlord instead of going directly to these as they are looking to take advantage in a difficult time for living.I really don't think they particularly care about you at Pedder, which is concerning considering how much money you trust them with. Out of the many shoddy estate agents in London, I think Pedder may take the cake.

David from the East Dulwich branch is the reason we chose to use Pedder. He was professional, gave more credible advice than other agents we’d spoken to and was not pushy.
