On the initial visit Tom was genuinely interested in the property and asked very relevant questions to flush out any issues which could affect the sale, from septic tank to boundaries and drains. Since then the support from Fiona has been outstanding - she has become a friend in very stressful circumstances as well as being an efficient and effective partner who was ahead of the game and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I am truly grateful.

GoogleWe bought our house through Nick and the team and cannot recommend them enough. We were very specific in our criteria and knew it would take a while to find the right place. Nick quickly understood the brief and kept in touch every month to check on our progress. He never wasted our time with pointless viewings. That meant when he rang to say we should immediately see a new property, we listened to him. End result was an offer was made and accepted within 48 hours of him taking on the property and before it went on the market. What really differentiated Nick was he didn’t stop working after the offer was accepted like other estate agents might: he progress chased us, the vendors and both solicitors at every step to close down completion quickly. Excellent service all round.

I want to draw attention to the immediate impact my new Property Manager Ruby Goddard has made. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client). We worked together and within three days she clarified, negotiated and settled action to be taken - I couldn't ask for better.
