GoogleVery pleased with the help from Hamptons, and Peter Papanicolaou in particular, in selling our Shad Thames flat - despite the very challenging conditions of the stagnant housing market and uncertain economic climate, they proactively secured an offer and helped us see it smoothly through to a successful conclusion.

GoogleExcellent service provided by Peter & Will, dedicated, professional and friendly. They exceeded all my expectations of the services estate agents normally provide, especially when it came to chasing up solicitors (both sides). I would highly recommend this agency to both prospective buyers and sellers for an honest, professional and efficient service.

The problem with letting agents is that they are very varied ranging from the bureaucratic to the creative, from those who think that their process is more important than their clients' needs. Happily Nick scores 10/10 as an enthusiastic, empathetic and effective agent. Highly recommended.

Tried to sell my property with them, left my phone number and email address, Got never contacted, but keep getting advertisement emails from them. If you don’t have a high end property to sell, don’t bother, they won’t get back to you (thumbs down)

In our experience, the Amersham team are the most professional, diligent and reassuring people we could wish to have dealt with.Their calm, consistent commitment seemed in stark contrast to some other agencies in the area.I'm sure we couldn't have been better looked after through many delays and frustrations arising from our sale caused by others. I recommend without hesitation.

Have water issues and nobody can help me at Hamptons over the weekend. Will have to go without water now over the weekend. This is not the first time Hamptons we’re absolutely useless at doing their job!!!

We have been using Hamptons for the last couple of years to rent our apartment out and would highly recommend them. Our first tenants left at short notice but we didn’t even have chance to worry about this as the lettings team were so proactive in finding us new tenants. Katie in property management is also fantastic, very responsive and knowledgeable but also very friendly and lovely to deal with.First class service all round.

Our Property Manager- Patryk Lehmann, who visited us recently is very friendly and reliable. He handles necessary repairs efficiently and is in constant contact with us. High standard service!

As this is our 1st move for 37 years we have nothing to compare it with & assume most successful estate agents offer a similar service! I would however compliment James Webster on his part in the process, most helpful, professional & patient (very important with us old folk) which made a potentially stress full experience straight forward & calm!

Been dealing with Gemma Ward at Hampton for more than 6 months now and I honestly must say that she delivers an amazing job and service, prompt reaction and ideas to solve issues that you may encountered on a day to day basis in the chaotic world of landlords/properties. EVERY INSTRUCTION IS IGNORED. It does not matter how many times you give an instruction the lettings manager, Emma in Tunbridge Wells, just does not listen. Even when you stress how important something is, she does not even try to be helpful or to find a solution. Bear in mind I have already paid her thousands in management fees.

The E2E experience from being shown around the property we moved in to, right through to exiting has been an extremely poorly handled, disinterested and detached relationship from this office.The property was filthy when we moved in with the fridge freezer broken for the first 10 days of us being in the property, the agent took no responsibility at all to help in anyway with monies owed for over 18 months for food and groceries having to been thrown. We found out we had to leave the property via email only. For something as important as this, you'd expect a call at the very least with potential offerings of other properties to move into, if they were commercially minded at all, but no, just an email which could have easily been overlooked.This office in general and what appears to be the Hamptons approach/consensus is to side with landlords in all aspects with no back bone to support tenants who in all fairness, are paying absurd prices in this day and age.Avoid this office and chain of agents whenever you can.
