I rented with Hamptons for 4 years in West Hampstead. Our property manager (Holly) was always helpful and responsive and any small issues with the flat were sorted out fast. Moving out was also smooth and we got our deposit back without hassle. Very good experience overall

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

Ms Lucy Desborough, the senior property manager has looked after my property very well and has been extremely efficient in helping with repairs needed, keeping the property in good order and attending promptly to the tenants requests. I haven’t met Melanie Hudson my property manager personally but from my experience I can only say that she is a very competitive, efficient and I have the feeling that she really is looking after my property, giving me peace of mind.I trust her completely.
