GoogleHamptons has provided an excellent service, both in finding tenants for my property and in property management. They are responsive and detail-oriented. Particular shout-outs to Ross Lines (property manager, great at fixing problems!) and Alan Van (residential lettings). But the whole team has been great :)

TrustpilotAvoid Hamptons if you want your deposit back
Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

GoogleDear Callum, Megan and Mel, I want to send you a big, heartfelt, THANK YOU. I am sure you have had much easier properties to sell and probably much easier vendors to deal with too! But I know that you have been ultra professional in all aspects of the sale and have gone beyond what any vendor would normally expect by way of service. As I like to say to my clients "the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the joy of a low price" and that certainly applies to your branch of Hamptons. We tried the rest and sold with the best. You really don't have ANY competition in the area as far as professionalism of viewings and feedback is concerned. You also helped turn a nervous vendor about to pull out, into a happy buyer. If that had happened I might well have had to ask the Doctor for Prozac..... You really should be proud of yourselves. I know you sell more expensive properties but thank you so much for helping us with our little cottage. I never thought that being next to a Pub would present such a problem. It certainly never bothered us at any time but I guess a lot of people are fussy these days and the choice is immense. It goes without saying that I would recommend you and if you ever need a verbal testimonial you know where I am. Time to head home and crack open the Champagne! All the very best, Mark.

Daniel Johnson at Hamptons contacted a company to investigate a problem with the washing machine at one of our rented properties. They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it. This was a much cheaper and environmentally sound option.We are very pleased with the outcome.
