I had a great experience with Daniel Isaac and his colleagues at the Tower Bridge office. The entire process went unbelievably quickly and smoothly. They went out of their way to try to accommodate all of my requests and were always available when I had questions. I'd recommend them very highly!

Hamptons in Godalming have done an excellent job selling my parents house. Andrew handled the initial aspects. He was superb and clearly had excellent local knowledge. He was also very thoughtful about the emotional elements involved. The pricing and presentation have been superb. Jason has helped us through all of the later aspects of the sale and been a great help, always ready to answer questions on the phone. Thoroughly recommend the firm.

Hamptons have looked after my property for nearly 20 years: in that time the service has vastly improved and over the last ten years I have had excellent service. Issues are dealt with efficiently and the extra mile is readily gone to find alternative solutions if there is a problem. Reliable, courteous and helpful, swift to respond to queries, I have every confidence in my manager and she takes all the worry out of letting my property.

GoogleFrom the moment I met Mel I knew I'd found the perfect estate agency to sell our home. Within days of taking our details the house had an asking price offer - it didn't even need to go online because their lists are so good. The whole team were professional, efficient and friendly. I don't often write reviews or recommendations, but in this instance I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons Dulwich. I cannot recommend Hamptons in Godalming highly enough. The whole team were honest, professional, responsive and helpful throughout our transaction. We had a couple of transactions fall through (no fault of Hamptons) and we were supported all the way through that and our eventual success. Jason Harvey in particular went the extra mile at every turn, but the same ethos was displayed by the whole team. We would recommend Hamptons in Godalming without any caveat or hesitation.

This review is specific to the Marlow office. I wanted to pay a little more for what I hoped would be a good, respectful service. It was anything but. After £'000s lost due to a long list of negligence, and hearing similar stories (too late) from others in a similar position - I'm extremely pleased to have walked away from them. Every function is either outsourced or managed by different depts - so one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Just in 2019, I can count up emails from 20 different people at Hamptons about the same property.It's therefore difficult for them to notice issues let alone resolve them, despite paying for a fully managed service. My tenants paid in 6 month blocks upfront, but each month they'd post letters saying it was overdue. They missed major issues during their property visits - including furniture being totally shredded, nicotine stains and carpet burns from smoking (non-smoking property), and negligence of the garden leading to whole sections dying. They were then negligent after the tenants left, and took so long to take any action (people starting things then going on holiday, not responding to emails, no updates) that I had to take matters into my own hands and bring in my own team to manage it all for me and get the property back onto the market. I don't know what reputation they're riding on, but it's definitely gone. They had many many chances to step up and do their job, but they failed at every step.

The current manger is quite new for us as he took over the roll of our previous manager who is on maternity leave. Daniel Johnson our new manager has been diligent and response quickly to any enquire we may have. As keep us well informed of any outstanding work or maintenance needed. We have be happy with his service.

Hamptons Sevenoaks Greeted with great enthusiasm and absolute guarantee off a corporate company letting, loads off clients on their books, property would rent easily, well that’s great news was impressed, which is exactly why I placed my property with them. However after I signed on the dotted line that all changed. They basically put it in Rightmove and that was it, We had to do our own checks as to affordability and truthful disclosure. They where confrontational when given the facts, they even left my property unlocked after a viewing! The list goes on but .....fortunately signed a four week contract and by the first week gave my two weeks notice. I do not in any area recommend Hamptons. Wasted my time and energy.

The team at Hamptons have been fantastic in helping to secure new tenants during a particularly challenging time. They were always charming, professional and efficient, their response was rapid, and their attention to detail first class. Sophie Winterson proved herself to be both pro-active and resilient, despite the unique difficulties provided Covid-19, particularly with regards to viewings. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the agents, the first deal did not proceed, but Sophie responded as soon as was practically possible and soon found us a suitable replacement. The service was above and beyond what was expected, from the most minute detail to more significant concerns. Robert Baird also demonstrated a reassuring and pragmatic approach to make sure the property was handed over successfully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought my home through Hamptons Godalming and was particularly impressed by Pippa Kilby who was kind and sensitive while showing me around the property. She gave me space and time.And the sale was handled by Ross Bounds who was approachable and available and helped me a lot as I have never bought a house on my own before. He was patient and reassuring. I was very impressed with Hamptons Gpdalming.
