After not putting my partner's on the tenancy agreement for her rental property for 6 months (!) Foxton's then refused to give her a reference for the place that me and her were aiming to move into together. Because of them being deliberately obtuse it completely disrupted the referencing process for us moving into our new place, despite her paying her rent on time consistently for the duration of her tenancy, and them failing to put her name on the agreement for half a year through sheer laziness/incompetence. I called them to speak with them about the situation and the guy on the phone started giving me some pseudo-philosophical speech to justify his colleagues' behaviour. Having heard horror stories from other tenants over the years I'm not in the least bit surprised but it really did throw me off to see how unprofessional and immature this company and its staff seem to be. Please avoid like the plague and choose another estate agent if possible, these guys are vultures. It seems like it's a real culture within the workforce too, as the stories across the board from different branches are so consistently shocking. In contrast, La Casa Property Services in Hither Green are amazing and have been so helpful, so please head there if you're looking to rent a place locally.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Without doubt the best estate agents in east dulwich.. and i have tried a few. I have just completed on my flat after an extremely unlucky period in buyers and details out of the control of Ludlow's. Throughout this period Jonathan and has team have worked tirelessly to get the sale completed. Jonathan in particular has a very pragmatic and professional approach and on more than one occasion I was very thankful he was there to discuss things through with. Alice showed true sales determination on our behalf by making in excess of 100 calls to potential buyers within 2 hours of finding out our first buyer was pulling out after 4mths. This team work hard both for the buyers and the sellers and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. It's a tricky market at the moment and you need the best behind you.

I'm not the kind of feedback person, but this time I'll make an exception. At first I was a bit afraid because Foxtons seemed a too high quality brand for my standards. When I went there a very kind receptionist offered me a nice coffe and made me feel comfortable. Than I met Lotte King and I have to say that she's been the kindest agent I've met so far. She really tried to meet all my necessity and she's been always friendly. Even if in the end I had unfortunately to choose another house from a different agency, when I spoke with her last time she seemed genuinely happy for me, and that was something astonishing by an estate agent. In the end if I'll need again to move, I will definitely go again in the Foxtons Dulwich.

I was contacted by Stephen Graham to discuss renewing the tenancy agreement with my corporate tenants. We discussed the current rental value of the property and what my bottom line would be in terms of negotiating an increase. Stephen's suggestion of going in at a slightly higher figure proved to be correct as he was successful at the first attempt in obtaining an increase from the tenant. Foxtons handled my sale and did a great job. Compared to other solicitors I found them much more proactive and on the ball, something which is really required at various points of the process. Jenny Purchase and Sam Leaney handled my sale and both put up with a lot of hassles to make sure the sale went through - if I go through this process again I'd happily work with them again.
