I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.

GoogleHad an amazingly productive experience with Dexters Tower Bridge Estate Agents, specifically with Georgiana who helped me find my next home in the Shad Thames area. I was in search for a property that would fit my budget for a single professional, I already live in the area so I know that hopes of finding a decent flat within my budget is relatively low. I just randomly popped by their office. They were all very friendly and helpful, they sat me down and tried to understand the kind of property I was in search for and scheduled me for a viewing in a property that was surprisingly at a fair price considering it was Shad Thames. After answering a few questions, I was then assigned to Georgiana who understood the type of flat that would fit my lifestyle, personality and basically what I was looking for perfectly! She helped me go through the process and explained to me how easy my requirements were to have. It wasn't overwhelming at all. I love Dexters! you guys are the best. Thank you! I can't wait to move in to my new home. I would gladly recommend you guys.

FacebookThey may look after the properties they sell but be warned never rent a property that they manage unless you want to be stitched up , i wouldn't go anywhere near them if you want to rent , they are in favour of the unprofessional and unreasonable landlords on their books it's all about money with them not principles , just a heads up I wouldn't rent 18 cowdray way off them they can't even work out how much to rent it for ... check it out on their website, they know the windows leak and its riddled with damp we got out when we could it may look nice in the pictures but don't be fooled we put up with it for 5 years with no support from the delaneys team at all ,,,

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.
