We recently moved into our apartment. Unfortunately the apartment had issues but the maintenance team were fantastic. I really appreciate how Petros helped me resolved every issue, he walked me through it and checked that everything was completed. The Dexter’s management team are so supportive and helpful. Donalina has been instrumental in keeping me updated with an issue I reported around a water leak in a flat above mine. She always called me and for me that’s the best thing about her. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..
