GoogleI put in an offer for a property and they didn't even have the decency to get back to me with the outcome. I found the same property advertised with another estate agent, so I put in the offer there and was told it was rejected. The difference is, that particular agency got back to me to let me know the outcome, whereas, the staff at Roy Brooks in East Dulwich didn't get back to me; I'm guessing the offer for the property I made via them was rejected too, and since they had no use for me, didn't bother to send an email or give me a quick call to let me know. I would have given this company 1 star, but the hospitality I received, when I initially went to view the property, was warm and welcoming, but apart from that, I think potential customers who end up not becoming customers should still be treated as if they were customers, instead of something disposable.

They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.
