FacebookThey may look after the properties they sell but be warned never rent a property that they manage unless you want to be stitched up , i wouldn't go anywhere near them if you want to rent , they are in favour of the unprofessional and unreasonable landlords on their books it's all about money with them not principles , just a heads up I wouldn't rent 18 cowdray way off them they can't even work out how much to rent it for ... check it out on their website, they know the windows leak and its riddled with damp we got out when we could it may look nice in the pictures but don't be fooled we put up with it for 5 years with no support from the delaneys team at all ,,,

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord.
