GoogleAlthough they pick up calls, they are very disorganised. I was supposed to have a viewing for one property but 3 different people messaged me different times. After confirming by call with the office, I showed up at the viewing and the estate agent never showed up, even after calling the office and the office confirming the viewing. If they are disorganised with viewings, don’t really trust them with the buying process. But they do pick up calls which is good at least.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure to be assisted by Shannon during my apartment hunting. She is extremely professional, very energetic and thoughtful, but not pushy as many other agents in London. After I enquired for a property that wasn’t a right fit, she followed up as soon as her team got eyes on an apartment that was perfect for our needs. In the end, we didn’t proceed as we accepted another flat in a different area, but I wish she could have been our contact point throughout our tenancy. Recommended!

I have let with Dexters for several years in the Notting Hill area in London. However, their costs were increasing without evidence of their services improving. Rather a declining service with office personnel who were constantly changing and seemingly had very little experience of the services needed. When one tenant left, the flat had been allowed to degenerate so far that I had an estimate for £42,000 to repair, restore and redecorate. On the strength of that neglected tenancy, I chose to find another agent. Since then Dexters have pursued me for sums of money I owe for services I can no longer believe they had provided. This continued to the point of threatening legal action. The company seems to have got out of hand and is more or less unmanaged now, so far as I can tell!

Ed******. One of the sneakiest agent.He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!
