Extremely unprofessional conduct and repeated contact amounting to harassment. I have received unwanted calls and emails from Dexters since 2017, each time I have asked them to remove my contact details from their database but either through neglect, lack of training, incompetence or IT issues, I have repeatedly still gotten more calls/emails every few months. Unless you want to forever receive spam calls from them, avoid like the plague.

Yes - they sold our property - however thats the easy part. During the sales process they did very little, to the point the onward estate agents in the chain did the majority of the work, and without them I am unsure it would have even happened. Nice enough staff, but maybe need to focus on not just winning business and helping those in the process

real lack of service/ communication

awful, I have been trying to speak to someone from the sales team for months. they say the same script every time I call "this is lettings, leave your details and sales will call you back". They never do. I actually want to purchase a property, why wont they talk to me? I can see the property just sitting there and every time I ask if it's still available they say it is. But I never get further than that with them.

BLINKIN’ BRILLIENT . We sold our London flat through Dexsters Estate Agents. What impressed us most was the professional level of communication with us. They were all over the sale and at every stage kept us up to date with progress. As with all sales especially where solicitors are involved Dexsters went above and beyond to assist in resolving all queries. Right upto the day before exchange and completion when the buyers solicitors threw in a few curve balls they were on it and as a result were able to get the deals over the line. Every time we contacted Dexsters office it didn’t matter who answered the phone they dealt with the query or got the relevant agent to get back to us with an answer. We would have no hesitation in using Dexsters again not just for sales but for rentals as well. Seriously efficient and my goodness do they certainly earn their money. And finally I don’t exaggerate when I say it felt like a very personal service, as though we were the most important clients they had. Now thats what I call SERVICE .

I just want to express how great Dexters London Bridge have been during my buying process. It is early days for myself but I have experienced various different agencies and Dexters has been by far the most accommodating to my requirements. Ryan Martin was very attentive, taking notes at each property we viewed so he would know precisely what I would be expecting when the right property comes along. He was extremely professional and was able to give me a firm breakdown of the current market which made me feel more confident moving forward. Proactive communication and empathy

Proactive communication, empathy and transparency are three core values I have seen demonstrated at Dexters. I have rented a home through them for nearly two years, and they have stood out as property managers that actually care. Most recently, Daragh Power has impressed me with their kindness and genuine care. I had two requests of the landlord, one that would require a change to my contact, and Daragh was AMAZING at listening to my needs, understanding the time sensitivity and following up with the landlord when we didn’t receive a response right away. They could have deprioritised my concerns or have gotten upset with my persistence but instead they understood where I was coming from and really advocated for me. This is exactly what one would want from a property manager, but is something I find is rare, especially in a ‘landlord market.’ Daragh communicated professionally throughout and made the entire process stress free. I wouldn’t choose another property manager besides Dexters.

Dexters London Bridge recently helped me find new tenants. I only had a month to work with. Daniel Scott, Manager, and Adeel Zain, Senior Lettings Consultant, were outstanding. They achieved rent which was at the top of, or exceeded the market rent from tenants with impressive credentials. Both were outstanding and easily the best lettings agents I have dealt with. Their communication with me and their seamless handover to other colleagues within the office who each had a specific role was first class. I knew where I stood at every stage. Now they have secured such great tenants when they did not have much time, I have no hesitation in having them manage it and I have already had an introduction call from Sertan, my point of contact going forward. All three are a credit to the London Bridge office and the Dexters brand.
