Scammed by these lot, have gone radio silence since FCA investigation, contact number no longer in service, I personally travelled up to both london office addresses last week, they no longer are there, very apparent these scam artists have run off with my money and many other's. My hard earned savings gone.

One the BEST Companies to invest, best assured your funds is safe and secure and income is received dead on time unlike my other investments I had very bad experience in holiday lodges. Adrian Felix always ready to help with emails, provides regular updates regarding the investments and he is happy to answer any questions. Update at exit: I have a complaint response pending due two month delay in receiving my exit payment. I will fully update this review when this response has been received. Too good to be true? Once you understand the model, you'll see how this incredible investment is the real deal. So often in life, we are told that if it's too good to be true it must be a lie. Usually, this is correct. Just occasionally someone comes up with a really great business model that serves everyone who interacts with it. I was incredibly sceptical when I first heard about the offer but it met some of my social goals and therefore I dug in deep. What I discovered was a really neat model that offers, with great assurance, a fixed return on investment. This works for the customer because they get a really lovely home to live in that otherwise would not have existed in the housing stock. For the council brand new high-quality accommodation. For the concept capital group a top slice of the monthly payment to offer support and maintenance to the tenant. For the investor security in knowing that the tenants and income are coming directly from the council. I am very happy with the service that has been delivered to me throughout. Plenty of information was given, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Each month I have income flowing in with the buyback guaranteed when I wish to release my capital from the investment. Should the worst happen I also have an asset that is in my ownership.

Update March 2025: The being lived experience with CCG Limited has caused a downgrade from 5 to 1. Have failed to complete on their obligation to buy back. Have commenced legal action against the firm. The FCA have also commenced action on behalf of all investors. Original: When investments are advertised on social media I think it is very wise to be sceptical. I approached the initial conversation with an open mind and had a very honest and frank conversation with Martin and then Wayne, in compliance, as to the nature of the investment and the risks associated. By the end of those conversations I was reassured that this was a legitimate investment opportunity with an exit strategy that was available to be placed in a limited investment company vehicle that would maximise the returns. I have invested several rounds and feel that this has helped diversify my investments without needing to be a landlord in any practical sense.

GoogleMy wife and I are investors in Concept Capital Group (CCG). Last year, 2024, I gave CCG a glowing review, because, at the time, everything was going well. I now retract that review. CCG is currently under investigation by the FCA. Rental payments stopped in July. It's all very suspicious.

I came upon Concept Capital Group investment by chance on a search site for properties to buy.I was very curious as I had little experience in buying and renting property which could end up being a risky adventure. I really liked the business idea as it was explained, so I took the chance and invested with them.It was quite simple and straightforward. I was happy with the guaranteed returns this investment gave me and I've been paid regularly and on time which is important. I've not had to do anything as regards the properties - this is all handled for me. I'm very happy with this investment and would be happy to invest again with this company.

I have been dealing with concept capital since 2021. There have been a few hiccups during my early involvement with them. However I am still with them, and more than happy with my investments.
