I got my money from them before they disappeared

I started challenging them and giving them bad reviews for trying to keep my money. At that time, they were still planning to run away with the investors’ money. So they decided to return my money to avoid others being warned about the scam. I feel sorry for those who lost their money but there’s still one company I am currently dealing with, and it’s the 5* rated brokerage “Quaneqo Group Ltd” that mislead investors and provide inaccurate information to get their commission. By the way investment is in Storelectric Ltd so watch out which was introduced to me as an approved EIS company, and it is not approved.

Tremendous company to invest with, like anybody I ran my due diligence and felt pretty nervous to be among the first investors I took a lip of faith and don’t regret it! I first invested with concept capital 2 years ago and at first I was a bit sceptical because I thought it was too good to be true. My account manager Martin Swann reassured me repeatedly and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. My rental income came through on time every month and Martin even called me before my 2 year anniversary to see if I wanted to sell the home back or continue. I decided to sell my home back to concept capital because I'm purchasing my own first home. As promised by Martin, the money from the sale was in my bank account within the stated time frame!I'll be recommending concept capital to friends and family and hope to invest with them again in the future. I don’t think I’ve ever had a smooth experience than this!!

I was introduced to Adrian by my sister regarding the concept capital…she had a great experience and the way she explained it to me I too had the same experience….Adrian was so helpful and patient told me everything step by step even went through the paperwork with me so if I get stuck he is there to guide me. I had issues with doing it on the phone he waited for me while I sorted it out and I could tell he wasn’t annoyed at all or didn’t get frustrated… He explained the concept to me and I understood what he was telling always reassuring me and telling me I can get in touch whenever I have anything to ask or need help with. If you have people like Adrian working for these kind of projects where a lot of money is involved it’s best as lay people like me will need someone like that. I’m so happy that I have managed to be part of the project and can’t wait to start making some money😊

Really pleased that I decided to join....after seeing the advert, I was interested but a little unsure. I made the call with a list of questions and spoke to Martin Swan. Martin was able to give a breakdown of the steps that i would take to join Concept Capital and asked all the questions I had, which he was able to answer. Feeling very reassured, Martin gave me time to think and gave me a call back when he said he would, which gave me time to do my own research. I said 'yes' and with no arrangement fees and everything completed very smoothly, it all seemed to good to be true! Martin was in contact every step of the way and still is!! The FCA is involved, and it seems some larger investors may have been kept content in the past while smaller ones were left completely in the dark. Communication everyone’s been ghosted. I wouldn’t be surprised if similar schemes appear under new names in the future relating to social housing. Personally, I’d be extremely cautious about dealing with anyone linked to this company or similar “investment” models. Whether it’s mismanagement or something worse, the outcome feels the same lots of people losing trust and money. I truly hope everyone affected gets answers and resolution with the investigation. It’s time companies start putting people before greed. 🙏❤️

They are clearly having some issues at the moment, just type their name into google and instead of reassuring and communicating with their investors they are choosing silence. They are inconsiderate and clearly do not have any real tangible customer service training or any regard for anyone that isn’t themselves. They do not care for the people who have unknowingly kept this scam of theirs afloat. It’s shocking. And instead of responding to their investors they are choosing to flag negative trust pilot reviews, it’s so disrespectful... I am sure they have bigger fish to fry and can find a better use of their time. Next time choose to do the right thing and go through the appropriate channels for your business so you’re not having to spend your mornings flagging reviews that are completely justified. Concept capital group, the amount of emotional distress you are causing to people is completely unfair. Reply to the emails, pick up the phone and do one thing right - COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INVESTORS.

I most say my experience with Ernest so far have been really good I now have 2 unit's. sometimes he is very busy and miss my calls but he always get back to me if it's even the following day. So for the most I would say they try to make things go as planned and on time as best possible from my experience. Also what I really like is that my payments always on time on that date that we agreed in the contracts. So am satisfied at the moment and I would advise other if your living for a investment and you have the money this mayb a very good choice as it's very Worry-free and etc.

Too good to be true? Once you understand the model, you'll see how this incredible investment is the real deal.So often in life, we are told that if it's too good to be true it must be a lie. Usually, this is correct. Just occasionally someone comes up with a really great business model that serves everyone who interacts with it.I was incredibly sceptical when I first heard about the offer but it met some of my social goals and therefore I dug in deep. What I discovered was a really neat model that offers, with great assurance, a fixed return on investment.This works for the customer because they get a really lovely home to live in that otherwise would not have existed in the housing stock. For the council brand new high-quality accommodation. For the concept capital group a top slice of the monthly payment to offer support and maintenance to the tenant. For the investor security in knowing that the tenants and income are coming directly from the council.I am very happy with the service that has been delivered to me throughout. Plenty of information was given, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Each month I have income flowing in with the buyback guaranteed when I wish to release my capital from the investment. Should the worst happen I also have an asset that is in my ownership.
