Hi Shara, I have spoken to the staff connected to the conversation you had with us and I am sorry the outcome was not more positive. The problem we have is that these kind of decisions are not the branch staff's to make. It is down to an outside reference provider. Morning Ahmed, I am sorry to read your review. However have you got the correct office/location??? I notice from your review history you have given a 1 start review to an estate agent in Rhyl North Wales at the same time?? This means you must be looking in Wales and Hampshire, seems a little odd. We treat these reviews with the utmost importance and I have had the staff going over all recent conversations (we record all calls) searching for what may have caused it but without anything. If you have experienced something here in Hampshire with our office we would sincerely like to know. Please email me confidentially at daniel.barrett@reedsrains.co.uk . Please please do respond to me I would be grateful! If we have been unhelpful in any way we would like to know so we can fix it and make sure it does not happen again. Thanks in advance.
