We phoned Beales twice to view a property and were told they would get back to us with a suitable time, they never returned our call, we saw on rightmove it was sold. Disappointing service, I wouldn't use them to sell our house

They are great when comes to money, fees and extra charges! We have being dealing with this agency for the last 4 years, no one takes responsability over emails or phone and if you go to the actual agency, customer services is non existent just like their maintenance team. Avoid!

This lot should be avoided at all costs. They appear to work in tandem with UniHomes which because of their name lure in unsuspecting university students. Once deposit and rent money changes hands, it's one lie after another and unfulfilled promises. Totally duplicitous.
