I've been using Beals Estate agents for many years now to let my properties out.I've found them to always be friendly and approachable on the phone or in person.I'm happy with the service I get, monthly statements and quarterly detailed inspections.Any updates to law/legislation that concerns me as a landlord I get notified.Shelby and Taylor in the Southsea branch have been a big help recently.
